SENNEBOGEN 821 at Estato Umweltservice
Gigantic mountains of tyres of all sizes are piled up at Estato Umweltservice in Weiden/Oberpfalz. This A.T.U. subsidiary is a professional recycling and disposal company.
Around 80,000 tons of tyres from Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands are handled every year in a three-shift operation. Two SENNEBOGEN 821s are used to supply the shredder plant for pre-shredding, loading HGVs with various materials as well as for the stacking and handling of tyres. With an operating weight of 22 tons, a 13 m boom and orange peel grab, the SENNEBOGEN units are ideally equipped for a wide variety of material handling tasks.
„We were so happy with the first machine purchased in 2005 that we added a second 821. We place great importance on reliability and availability due to the heavy loads involved and are really happy. A decisive factor was also the support and exemplary service provided by the SENNEBOGEN sales partner IBS", explains Erwin Piehler, responsible for the granulation plants.
