The bauma 2007 was unique, and not just because of the weather. The world's largest trade fair broke all records and attracted around 500,000 professional and trade visitors from around the globe. At the SENNEBOGEN stand, too, at the heart of the bauma, the entire SENNEBOGEN team and dealers were on duty every single day of the trade fair, and enjoyed welcoming enthusiastic visitors and holding very informative, interesting discussions.

The exhibited machines generated plenty of discussion among the guests at the SENNEBOGEN stand. The 4400 Star Lifter, with its enormous boom, looked down in splendor upon the proceedings. Its immediate neighbor was the 650 HD - a real eye-catcher with its 28-meter guide poles and DELMAG diesel hammer. This machine is used with this equipment as a pile driver for stakes. The 608 Multicrane impressed visitors during demonstrations with its 360° rotating platform and incredible flexibility. The new 305 C+ Multihandler also proved its abilities, with its elevating cab and unbeatable versatility in the most varied applications.

The representative for our comprehensive range of telescopic cranes was our flagship, the 683 Crawler Tele-crane, with lifting heights of up to 60 meters and a lifting capacity of up to 80 tons. And a genuine highlight was the 850 R Special, with its 3-m pylon and environmentally-friendly 200 kW electric motor. The ideal partner for high-performance material handling.

However, the main magnet drawing in the crowds was the new 830 M D-Series from SENNEBOGEN's green line, in combination with the brand new VARIO TOOL. At the live demonstrations, members of the public were impressed in equal measure by the new generation of green line material-handling machines and the unique design of the VARIO TOOL. Once again, SENNEBOGEN lived up to its motto, "Leading through innovation". With this quick-change system, tools can be changed rapidly, easily and safely. The solid all-round steel protection means that attachments can be laid on the ground and picked up from the ground.

For exhibitors and visitors alike, the bauma 2007 was a unique event and a resounding success in every respect. We are already looking forward to demonstrating our "Progress through innovation" once again at the bauma 2010.
