Over 10 years ago, SENNEBOGEN bundled their years of experience and competence in material handling and developed the "green line" with the cooperation of dealers and customers. The basic philosophy was not to make a modified standard excavator but to produce an optimally designed and high quality material handling machine. Today, the "green line" provides the greatest selection with material handling machines of 22 t up to 200 t operating weight. These machines are impressive around the world, in many different branches, with their quality, reliability and performance. How do we develop the future? The answer to this question is provided by SENNEBOGEN with the new 825 D and again sets new standards in the material handling machine sector. The 825 D provides real added value for the customers with groundbreaking technology and innovation.

CONSTRUCTION

The stable base for the 825 D is a completely redesigned and extremely steady undercarriage. The latest HD axle technology in connection with a 2 stage power shift gear stand for exceptional driving dynamics and stability. The service requirements are minimized with centrally located lubrication points. The upper structure, which is also redesigned, is also impressive with its robust block construction and large frame cross-section from the boom to the ballast. The new upper structure entrance makes for comfortable and safe access. The strong and dynamic rotary gear drive with a large-dimensioned internally toothed swing bearing provide for fast and precise work operations.

The improved kinematics in combination with a completely new, strong boom system are a noticeable improvement in the lifting capacity range in practice. By using extra-wide brass bushings, the specific surface pressures are minimized and an even, smooth pressure distribution is achieved. The hydraulic cylinders have been equipped with special seals and guide bands and the mounting positions have been sealed against contamination. Thought through to the slightest detail - the intelligent construction preserves the components and leads to a longer life-span and less wear.

maXcab - THE COMFORTABLE WORKPLACE

The new maXcab from SENNEBOGEN is consistently oriented to the requirements and wishes of the user. The series steps with railing provide for a safe and comfortable entry and exit to and from the cab. The sliding door is a real highlight! It offers much more comfort and security when entering than standard swinging doors. Thanks to the ergonomic arrangement of all operational elements and functions and a real innovative roomy space concept, the operator will feel right at home in no time. The air suspended comfort seat with seat heating can be adjusted individually to the control levers and foot pedals and is just as impressive as the enormous area and freedom in the cab. Active support is provided by the new Sennebogen diagnostics system SDS with all important data and the still better and more precise control capability with the improved joystick resolution. The automatic heating/air conditioning with temperature preselect and 8 air vents provide for an even comfortable climate. The maXcab with its hydraulic tilt smoothly extends to 5.90 meters and offers an excellent all-round view through tinted panorama safety-glass. maXcab stands for pleasure in the workplace - the whole day long.

ENGINE

A powerful 6 cylinder TIER III diesel engine with 135kW is the new power source in the 825 D - 15 % more power and a larger tank volume of almost 500 liters for longer working times. In addition, the automatic Eco-mode provides for lower energy consumption and preserves the environment.

The lengthwise structure of the engine, the excellent access to the battery and air filter and the quick ease of access to all service points from the ground underlines the cost-effectiveness and practice-oriented concept of the machine. The new 3-circuit high-capacity cooler box with charge air, water and oil cooling also enables the best cleaning capabilities. The recycling tested fine-screen of stainless steel allows no large particles of debris near the cooler and contamination of the coolers is not possible with the side by side arrange. The recycling fins with the large fin-cross-section are insensitive against dust and contamination and have already been proven in practice. The cooling system is amply constructed, which also guarantees optimal engine and oil temperatures even if the outside temperature is high. The thermostatically controlled fan only runs if it is necessary, which causes the machine to heat up quicker when starting and saves energy and reduces noise.

SENNEBOGEN develops machines for productive work under the worst possible conditions. No electronics are used in the working and operating functions so that this is guaranteed. Standard vehicle electrical components guarantee a high and quick availability and are clearly arranged in the electrical distribution box. Maintenance is performed quickly and easily with no special tools. All electrical and hydraulic connections for raising the cab are protected in an energy chain.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

The redeveloped load-sensing hydraulics in the hydraulic area impress with faster work movements thanks to the optimized flow volume distribution and more power. The cost-effectiveness and energy efficiency of the machine is based on a largely dimensioned hydraulic cross-section and the tightest flow-distribution. The centralized arrangement of the servo-hydraulic valves and the measuring block makes checking the entire hydraulic system quick and service-friendly.
