The new 305 C+ is the follow-up to the 305 C. As with all models, Sennebogen worked closely with both dealers and customers during development. The result is a state-of-the-art and powerful all-round machine with excellent operational and safety specifications. This is particularly evident when combined with the Sobernheimer UKM 2.2 sweeping machine.

The main plus points

The biggest advantage is the height-adjustable cab, which provides an excellent view of the street/the surface to be cleaned. Utmost clarity at over 4 m in height ensures maximum safety and enables potential dangers to be identified in advance. The side brush is fitted on the left and is in view of the operator. The ergonomic layout of the functions and operating instruments and the resiliently mounted comfortable seat enable the operator to relax while working. Another useful aid to everyday use is the option of setting the sweeping motor to continuous operation. The operator doesn't need to touch a single button or switch throughout the entire cleaning operation, meaning he can concentrate on the job at hand. The result is an even and smooth cleaning procedure.

The creeper speed control, which comes as standard on the 305 C+, enables the speed of the sweeping brush to be set independently of the speed of the machine. This provides extreme flexibility for all kinds of practical situations. It is possible to travel slowly yet clean up at speed, or vice versa. One major highlight of the 305 C+ is the new continuously variable Variospeed hydrostatic drive unit. This always provides the driver with the optimum combination of power and speed, and operates at the highest level in terms of automotive performance and sensitivity. Sweeping with continuously variable creeper speeds of up to 12 km/h guarantees efficient cleaning. The SENNEBOGEN 305 C+ draws its power from a 91 kW TIER III engine - the latest in its line. This means that the operator has sufficient power and fuel reserves in any situation.

Effectiveness and comfort

If required, the sweeping machine can be used for independent sweeping without too much adjustment work. The large-volume dirt collector can be hydraulically opened and locked to facilitate this. The sweeping machine can then be mechanically or hydraulically (via a second hydraulic circuit) swiveled to the left.

With its sturdy, welded machine frame and stable attachment system with roller lifting console and large heavy rollers, the sweeping machine is just as well suited to extremely demanding applications as the SENNEBOGEN 305 C+. The machine performs impressively on construction sites, landfill sites, in extraction and industrial applications and when cleaning public areas and thoroughfares.

Its extremely compact dimensions (4.97 m long, 2.5 m tall and 2.48 m wide) ensure outstanding maneuverability. The turning radius is just 3650 mm at the outer tires and a tiny 900 mm at the inner tires, thanks to hydrostatic all-wheel drive with three different steering systems - crab steering, all-wheel steering and forward-wheel steering. This is a great advantage when shunting in narrow halls or small storage boxes.

A standard suspended and swinging sweeping roller, automatic brush adjustment and hydraulic brush roller relief all contribute to an outstanding sweeping result. What's more, the spraying equipment complete with 220 l water tank provides optimum dust adherence and dust-free working conditions.

Summary:

The SENNEBOGEN 305 C+ is not only perfectly partnered with a sweeping machine, it can also be used with a variety of attachments, e.g. a bucket, bucket with hydraulic gripper, lifting fork, working platform, snow mine-sweeping shield and so on, making it the perfect MULTIHANDLER. The hydraulic quick coupling system on this extremely robust machine means that it can be applied universally. Typical fields of operation include waste, scrap and paper recycling, saw mills, utility, construction, industry and farming.
