This is when the heaviest machine ever built by SENNEBOGEN in Wackersdorf leaves the work

The SENNEBOGEN 850 Crawler Special with an operating weight of 95 tonnes, will be in the high-performance material handling for bulk goods in the harbour at Varna, Bulgaria.

Since the end of last year, a rail-car mounted SENNEBOGEN 825 A at Ferro AG in Baden / Switzerland has been responsible for material handling.

The Ferro AG recycling operation was started in 1936 by Alfred Sax in Baden. In 1978, Mrs. Verena Zeier overtook operation and continued improving the track record of the company. Ferro AG was already able to put up a new company building in the same location in 1991. Another subsidiary is located in Birr (AG). Mrs. Zeier manages the company still and now has 9 employees.

In Rottenbach, between Weissenburg and Roth, a replacement water transfer main with a length of 3.6 km is build. The principal reason for this main is damage to portions of the old line. In order to guarantee a drinking water supply for the Franconian economic area, a new replacement main has been under construction in parallel to the old route for several years. This year, the company Kassecker is involved in this construction for the second time.
